Mt. Biseul is casting its foot over Daegu City, Dalseong County, and Cheongdo County, and rearing up as if a huge vertical rock were supporting the summit when looked up from Yugasa Temple.

It forms the Daegu Basin along with Palgongsan in the north while embracing the Nakdong River. It is well known for Sojaesa Temple which was built by Jinbobepsa (an eminent monk) in the 7th year of King Gongmin during the Koryo Dynasty (1358).

On the 21st, the 1st day of the festival, more than 70,000 tourists visited the azalea flower habitat and the festival site to watch the Azalea Flower Song Festival together with the Ritual for a Mountain Spirit, the opening ceremony, and Songhae, and on the 22nd, more than 80,000 tourists visited the festival to enjoy the Azalea Trot Festival and celebration performances.
